Reconnecting for continuous service improvement

The time to reconnect in person is nearly here. Like so many who have already registered, you will likely be aware that on Tuesday 8 November 2022 the KPI Programme will host a national benchmarking forum in Wellington.

With a focus on benchmarking out inequity, the forum presents a unique opportunity for attendees to compare and learn from data and each other to inspire collective action that builds momentum toward the removal of practices that contribute to inequities for people who access mental health and addiction services.

Held at Pipitea Marae, Wellington, this forum is open to KPI Programme contributors from all organisations working in our mental health and addiction sector. This includes whānau and people who use services who have a passion for realising the full utility of benchmarking to drive continuous improvement and the equity of health outcomes for tāngata whai ora, whānau and communities.

Registrations for the forum close on Friday 21 October 2022. There is no cost to register. However, due to demand, places are now limited, so do get in quick.

You can register for the November forum using the link below and see the full agenda. Also included are details of events coming up in October and November. Learn from others to support our collective aspirations to do what it takes to improve the wellbeing of tāngata whai ora, whānau and communities.
