KPI Programme – Adult Stream virtual forum

The KPI Programme Adult stream benchmarking forum will be happening via Zoom on Thursday 29 July from 9.30am to 12pm. 

The theme of the forum is ‘Connected care’ and will explore a DHB case study on implementing virtual engagement into clinical practice. Putting people at the centre, the forum will include the perspectives of tāngata whai ora on experiences of 7-day follow up practices.

Forum participants will also get involved in live benchmarking discussions using the KPI Programme data dashboard, going deeper into the data to explore the Adult stream’s key performance indicators – 7-day follow up and 28-day readmission.

Note – KPI Programme forums are open to KPI Programme contributors from across Aotearoa’s 20 DHBs as well as their NGO partners, and anyone from across our mental health and addiction sector, family/whānau and people who use services and have a passion for realising the full utility of benchmarking to drive continuous improvement and the equity of health outcomes for tāngata whai ora, whānau and communities.
