KPI Programme and Whāraurau present time with Dr Enys Delmage (consultant in adolescent forensic psychiatry) and Dr James Knight (child and adolescent psychiatrist) who explore the evidence and the importance of raising the age of criminal responsibility in Aotearoa New Zealand.
