In July, 93 people from across the mental health and addiction sector joined via Zoom to engage in the Adult, and Child and Youth stream KPI Programme forums.
The forums marked an exciting evolution in the Programme’s history as attendees connected in a virtual space to explore the new data dashboard visualisation tools and get involved in live service benchmarking of the wait times, 7-day follow up and 28-day readmission indicators.
