In this Benchmarking Breakout, we will look at the navigation features, discover the difference between this measure and the longstanding KPI Programme wait times measure, and discuss how our workforce might use it to support better access to services for tāngata whai ora and their whānau.

All Benchmarking Breakouts are run in a wānanga style. They are informal spaces where our workforce can ask questions and contribute safely with peers.
